INJECTION MOULDING
Our 193,750 sq. ft (18,000 sq. m) facility in Shenzhen, the innovation center of China, features 26 plastic injection moulding machines, including two-component or three-component injection machines by ENGEL, TOSHIBA, and the Japan Steel Works, etc., ranging from 30-1000 ton of clamping force. Fourteen machines are equipped with robots. We aim to produce precision plastic parts with tight tolerance.

No order is too big or too small. Whether you need a low-volume prototype run or high-volume production of millions of components annually, the PW moulding department runs 24/7 to optimize your supply chain with top-notch quality products.
SECONDARY OPERATION
We offer a range of post-moulding value-added services for companies that need more than just a moulded part from their injection moulding supplier. Product assembly can offer your company a finished assembly or complete packaging-customer-ready for distribution
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
